Do I need any hardware to checkout customers?
Nope! We are BYOH (bring your own hardware). We simply provide an encrypted card reader for security purposes and that’s all you need. Some businesses also want a receipt printer, barcode scanner or cash drawer. Read this optional hardware article to see where to buy additional point of sale items.
What is Punchey?
Punchey is our parent company and provides the PCI compliant payment gateway for the TattooPro Software. We use this to securely connect and process Visa, MasterCard and Amex transactions. You can check them out here www.punchey.com.
I have an existing customer database, what do I do?
If you have your customer records electronically stored we can easily import them for you. Once you create your account, your setup specialist will reach out and ensure a smooth transition.
Can I add multiple users or more contacts later?
Our pricing plans include 1 user license. Additional users can be purchased for $15/month. If you need more contacts, they can be added to any package.
